Happy Friday!! I am so ready for this weekend, tomorrow the weather is supposed to be fantastic and I intend to take full advantage. Here’s a recap of the week.
The high of my week was: Getting through the week. Does that count? The people I support at work were in Asia the last week and a half, and my anxiety goes up when they travel for an extended period of time. It’s a disruption to my routine and I basically spend the whole time paranoid that things are going to fall apart.
The low of my week was: Another gastrointestinal issue after yesterdays run. This time it was hours after. I’m not sure if it’s due to running but that is the only common denominator in both instances.
A book I am reading: Finished reading Porno and am now moving onto Hillbilly Elegy full time. Can’t wait to see T2: Trainspotting in theaters now!
For my workouts I completed: If you read my post Monday you’ll know I wasn’t feeling the workouts in the beginning of the week. But I did get in two Nike Training workouts and 1 run. I will also run this weekend and if we have another GI problem I’m heading to the doctor.
The best money I spent was: We went to dinner at PinKu Monday night for dinner, and if you haven’t been you need to go. It is so good! I recommend the spicy tuna on crispy rice and and the potstickers. Actually just order the whole menu. Wednesday night we went to Red Rabbit for dinner which I also recommend checking out. The food was good, they have an impressive cocktail list and it is reasonably priced. Definitely will be back.
My weekend plans are: Running and brunch on Saturday. We are going somewhere with a patio to take full advantage of the nice weather. Sunday I will be at Target at 5am to make sure I’m first in line for Victoria Beckham’s Target line. I am so excited! Sunday night we’re going to the Ordway in St. Paul to see Animaniacs Live. I’m not really sure what to expect, but I’m sure it will be fun.
